Josh believes that increasing self-awareness and enriching one’s life leads to fulfillment. He brings a warm and calm approach with a focus on acceptance to help you find contentment.
Josh knew early in his life that he wanted to be a counselor and has spent the past seven years working diligently toward this goal. He graduated from Richmont Graduate University in 2013 and has gained a broad experience in the many areas of mental health.
Josh has a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling with a desire to assist people in achieving the life quality they desire and develop the skills required to have meaningful relationships. He has a particular passion for assisting couples in deepening the bond they share through increased communication, practical methods of meeting needs, and promoting holistic love. Josh is kink friendly and works with issues regarding sexuality including identity and expression. Finally, he enjoys helping individuals to processing life experiences and manage depression and anxiety in their daily lives.
Drawing on multiple theories and ideas, Josh pursues the best possible approach to help you with whatever issue you are facing.
