As a therapist, co-owner and Operations Leader at Invigorate, I am passionate about creating a positive and warm environment for our Invigorate therapists to practice and for Invigorate clients to receive outstanding care.

I manage Invigorate’s continued growth and wellbeing and work with Melanie to ensure that our therapists have the tools necessary to help each of their clients through life’s changes and challenges.

In my own role as a therapist, I aim to guide clients through the process of greater self-understanding and help them to take action toward healing the past, living in the present and moving toward the future.

More About Me

Background

In my work at Invigorate, I wear multiple hats. In my primary role as the Invigorate Operations Leader, I focus on the day-to-day duties of managing our practice, supporting our operations team, as well as connecting with all new clients and matching them with a therapist that will best meet their needs. I do everything I can to ensure that our clients have the best therapy experience possible.

As a co-owner of Invigorate Life Counseling and Board Approved LMFT supervisor, I believe that having a varied and collaborative community of therapists provides greater opportunities to strengthen and revitalize individuals, couples and families.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School. I am also a trauma-trained therapist who specializes in providing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Whenever possible, I collaborate with other therapists at Invigorate and truly believe this makes Invigorate a special and unique private practice.

Specialties

I enjoy working with a variety of clients and have experience helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. I have a special interest and expertise in working with college-aged individuals and working professionals who are open to self-exploration and motivated to change old patterns to achieve a new result. In addition, I have extensive training in sexual and intimacy issues and offer individuals and couples guidance as they work toward greater sexual health. My approach is especially suited to individuals who are seeking therapy for the first time and would like to ease into therapy to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
