Kristin brings a collaborative, hopeful and gentle approach as a therapist to encourage the process of self-realization through art based therapeutic activities. This powerful approach engages and heals the spirit through the process of revealing images and symbols that come directly from the heart and soul’s desire for authenticity and wholeness. By engaging in this holistic and creative process, Kristin has helped countless individuals gain a greater self-awareness and find a deeper love of one’s self.
Kristin’s artistic vision has evolved over her 20 years as a professional artist. It was during this time that Kristin realized the healing power of artistic expression and found her desire to help others discover a greater sense of self during this therapeutic process.
Kristin creates a welcoming and supportive environment for self-expression, which helps her clients find an improved sense of wellness and overall health. Kristin believes that by embracing creativity through artful expression, client’s can find relief from emotional pain, gain self-understanding and insight, and heal from past trauma. Kristin’s compassionate presence has helped numerous individuals lead more self-empowered and fulfilling lives.
Kristin graduated from Adler Graduate School with a dual master’s in Art Therapy and Adlerian Psychotherapy in December of 2013 and became a Registered Art Therapist in November of 2015, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in June of 2016.
