Melanie Vinton, MA LMFT
Melanie brings brightness, encouragement, and balance to her work with you. She believes that using a holistic approach encourages success. Melanie switched her career path and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School in November 2007, and established Invigorate Life Counseling, pllc in 2010.
Katie Mohr, MA LMFT LPC
Katie brings a warm, friendly, and understanding style in her work. Katie’s aim is to provide encouragement and support as individuals work through and process past and/or present life issues that prevent them from living a rich and fulfilling life. Katie is trained and specializes in providing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Some areas of focus and experience include helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual issues, and teenage to adult transition.
Karin Carver-Regan, MA LMFT
Karin brings humor, compassion, and respect to her work with you in order to create a safe place where healing and growth can occur. She believes in addressing the whole person and working collaboratively in order to create a unique therapeutic experience. Karin brings 20+ years of experience to help you as an individual heal, grow, and find inner peace.
Sheena O’Brien, MA LP
Sheena brings hope, honesty, and humor to her work with you. She believes that a client focused, strength based, cognitive behavioral approach supports change. Sheena is a Licensed Psychologist who works with those struggling with anxiety or depression. She specializes in life transitions such as relocating, career change, and relationship struggles as well as assisting young adults with transitions such as change in employment, college, and housing. She understands that leaving a partner or community can be painful and isolating and has found that by creating a supportive environment for her clients, they can find positive solutions to life’s problems.
Theressa Duren, MA, LAMFT
Theressa brings an authentic, compassionate, straightforward, and collaborative approach to her work with clients. She believes in the power of genuine connection as a strong motivator for change. She believes it is crucial to provide a trusting and supportive environment, in which clients feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged no matter the circumstances. Theressa specializes in working with couples and provides support for a range of martial stages from pre-marital counseling to navigating the process of divorce. Theressa also really enjoys working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, ADHD, and anyone going through transition or simply needing additional resources and support.
Josh Zeron, MS, LPCC
Josh brings a calm, steady, and inquisitive presence to his work with you. Josh believes that the greatest joy in life is to know and be known. Toward this ideal he strives to help others deepen their self-understanding and develop the skills to communicate effectively. Through this process an authentic identity can be built, and Josh’s goal is to help this become the primary sense of self.
Emily brings a thoughtful, grounded, open-minded, and creative approach to her work with you. She believes that counseling and therapy is a collaborative process, and operates as a guide to help you reach your goals. Emily uses the creative process and art-making as a tool to explore issues that are arising in your or your child or teen’s life, bringing awareness, meaning, and deeper connection with the self. She believes you don’t need to be an artist or be “good at art” to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences with art materials to support and inform your process of personal growth.
Kristopher brings compassion, creativity, and humor to his work with clients. He sincerely believes that hope in conjunction with action creates change. His goal is to inspire his clients to find and utilize their strengths in order to create change and build the lives they desire. As a professional musician, Kristopher sees music as a healing power to allow people to live in the present and forget about their problems for a moment.
Loreena is the Office Assistant at Invigorate Life Counseling and has been part of the team since November of 2017. Loreena handles all general office tasks. She has a passion for helping others and is skilled at putting others at ease as they are coping with their busy schedule. Loreena also brings a sense of calmness to the office. She is available to help answer any questions you have regarding your visit to the office or other general office questions.
