More About Me

Background

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School. I am also a trauma-trained therapist who specializes in providing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Whenever possible, I collaborate with other therapists at Invigorate and truly believe this makes Invigorate a special and unique private practice.

As a co-owner of Invigorate Life Counseling and Board Approved LMFT supervisor, I believe that having a varied and collaborative community of therapists provides greater opportunities to strengthen and revitalize both individuals, couples and families.

Specialties

I enjoy working with a variety of clients and have experience helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. I have a special interest and expertise in working with college-aged individuals and working professionals who are open to self-exploration and motivated to change old patterns to achieve a new result. In addition, I have extensive training in sexual and intimacy issues and offer individuals and couples guidance as they work toward greater sexual health. My approach is especially suited to individuals who are seeking therapy for the first time and would like to ease into therapy to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
