Relationship + Couples Therapy

What is Couples Therapy?

Couples therapy is an opportunity to improve communication, connection, intimacy, and understanding within a significant relationship. An intimate relationship can be a place where troublesome differences and repeating patterns of stress may occur. We provide a neutral and comfortable setting for honest and respectful communication. We enjoy working with all varieties of couples including GLBTQIA.

What other Relationship Therapy do you offer?

Relationships come in a lot of forms. We are here to help navigate through any difficult relationships in the workplace, within families, friends, divorcing or separating parties. Any suffering relationship can be improved such as parents with children, extended family, ex-partners or co-parents, and business connections.

Do you offer pre-marital counseling?

Yes, we do! We specifically offer services for couples preparing for marriage and desiring to be proactive and set themselves up for a healthy, lasting marriage. In addition, we have clinicians who are certified Prepare / Enrich facilitators (see list below). Prepare / Enrich is a comprehensive assessment tool commonly used with pre-marital couples.

Certified Prepare / Enrich facilitators:

Do you offer services related to ending a relationship (separation, divorce, etc)?

We do. We know that ending a relationship can be very stressful and we’re here to help. To help navigate this difficult time, we offer specialty service of discernment counseling. In addition, our relationship therapists are here to help individuals navigate these obstacles and process this difficult experience while it is happening and provide you with the tools to effectively move forward after it is completed.
