More About Me

Background

I am in the process of completing my Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy and Art Therapy at Adler Graduate School in Minnesota.

I recognize that each person is unique and may require something different each session. I work collaboratively with my clients  utilizing art therapy, nature-based therapy, and traditional talk therapy. I am particularly interested in utilizing artmaking in therapy to process trauma, anxiety, and depression. 

I am also a professional textile artist. I co-own and operate a small design house where I, along with my twin sister, focus on no waste fashion design. I am also a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching yoga for over 20 years.

Zoë offers online and in person sessions at the St. Paul office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To learn more about what an art therapy appointment might be like click here.
