More About Me

Background

I believe that everyone is unique and I use a collaborative, holistic approach that is rooted in the mind-body connection. I utilize breath work, body awareness, and EMDR techniques in my therapy practice to help you navigate the struggles and uncertainties of life. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and completed my master’s degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people including creative, outside the box thinkers.
