Kristopher brings compassion, creativity, and humor to his work with clients. He sincerely believes that hope in conjunction with action creates change. His goal is to inspire his clients to find and utilize their strengths in order to create change and build the lives they desire.
Kristopher believes the client is the expert on his or her life, relationships, and experiences. He uses a collaborative approach to counsel clients as he helps them navigate the struggles and uncertainties of life.
Areas of special interest for Kristopher include expression of the authentic self, relationships and couples work, men’s mental health issues, masculinity, identity formation, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem work.
As a professional musician, Kristopher believes that music has the power to heal and help individuals take a break from their problems to live in the moment. He has a special interest in finding meaning in lyrics and has over 20 years of experience performing. Kristopher has recently been touring with his band across the United States.
Kristopher is pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He joined Invigorate Life Counseling in 2016 as an office assistant and is currently a Marriage and Family Therapy intern.
