HI, I AM DEVIN (she/her)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I bring compassion, empathy and warmth in my work with clients. I have found that the heart of therapeutic work lies in working alongside someone who instills a sense of safety, creating space to explore and process through strengths and challenges in life. I use a non-judgemental approach while working alongside clients to find ways to change and grow, while also celebrating accomplishments- big and small.

More About Me
Background
I am a psychotherapist with a Master’s of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. I have experience working in a variety of settings including social services, hospitals, and outpatient services. I have found my passion in helping individuals navigate challenges to become the best version of themselves.
I view all clients through a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. I believe that the environments and systems in which we live have a significant impact on our wellness, and I take a holistic approach when working with individuals. I use concepts and techniques from various therapeutic modalities including humanistic, feminist, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-based therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to help guide healing by integrating cognitive, physical, and spiritual elements of the self.
Specialties
I work primarily with young adults and adults. I love working with individuals seeking self-empowerment and who are hoping to find peace and live in alignment with their values. Often this includes creating healthy relationships, cultivating self-worth/self-love, healing trauma, and developing a strong sense of self.
Some additional areas of interest include:
- Women’s Issues
- Trauma
- Relationship Challenges
- LGBTQIA+
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Self and Identity Exploration
- Life Challenges and Transitions

When I am not at Invigorate I enjoy cooking and baking new recipes, trying new restaurants, seeing live music, spending time in nature, crafting, and spending time with loved ones (including my little dog Franklin!)
