More About Me
Background
I completed my Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy and Art Therapy at Adler Graduate School in Minnesota.
I recognize that each person is unique and may require something different each session. I work collaboratively with my clients utilizing art therapy, nature-based therapy, and traditional talk therapy. I am particularly interested in utilizing artmaking in therapy to process trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I am also a professional textile artist. I co-own and operate a small design house where I, along with my twin sister, focus on no waste fashion design. I am also a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching yoga for over 20 years.
I offer online and in person sessions at the St. Paul office.
