Hello! I am so glad you’re here. As a therapist, I approach every client with openness and curiosity, and I strive to create a space that feels grounded and free of judgment. I believe that safety and authenticity in the therapy room is essential for healing and growth to occur. You are the expert on your own life and the therapeutic process should be a collaborative one. My goal is to help you feel comfortable accessing and living as your authentic self.

More About Me

Background

I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Menomonie, WI. With my clients, I take a holistic approach and often discuss the greater systems impacting your life.  As someone who belongs to the queer community, I know how vital it is to feel truly seen, accepted, and safe. I also bring a neurodivergent affirming lens to the therapy room.

Specialties

I welcome adolescents, individuals, couples, polycules, and families of all constellations into the therapy room.  I am deeply committed to supporting people across all identities and lived experiences. I enjoy working with people who are self-reflective and motivated to understand themselves more and have special interest in the following:

  • ADHD/ADD
  • Anxiety
  • Artists
  • Couples Counseling
  • Depression
  • Family Therapy
  • Identity issues
  • IFS Therapy
  • Intimacy
  • LGBTQIA+
  • Life changes and transitions
  • Premarital Counseling
  • Religious Trauma
  • Self-Esteem
  • Sex and/or Intimacy Issues
  • Social justice
  • Trauma/PTSD
Personal Interests

When I am not at Invigorate, you can probably find me regulating my nervous system by taking time to myself in nature, listening to whatever music I am currently hyper fixated on, or spending quality time with my cat. My free time is ideally spent having a picnic in the park with loved ones, searching for new music, thrifting, or practicing yoga.

Education, Trainings, and Affiliations
  • Candidate for Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, University of Wisconsin – Stout Graduate School, Menomonie, WI
  • Member, American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Life Coach Certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing, Miami University, Oxford, OH
