More About Me

Background

I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Minnesota. I am also completing my Yoga Teacher Certification from Lotus House of Yoga in Omaha, Nebraska, where I have received training in the practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation. In our sessions, I invite you to become more aware of your internal experiences using the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation techniques. 

I believe that each of us has something to learn from one another. With this in mind, I take on a collaborative style that is client-centered, flexible, and integrative. Using a strengths-based, culturally-sensitive approach, I remain committed to honoring your lived experiences.

I am passionate about self-discovery through healing. As a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I strive to understand what makes you feel empowered and grounded in your identity.

Personal Interests

When I am not at Invigorate, I love to create, dance, listen to music, and practice yoga. I find spending time in nature incredibly healing and enjoy adventuring outdoors.
