Teletherapy is providing therapy through a live video connection, over the internet, with a device like a phone, tablet, or computer. We provide the same treatment we would in-person, it’s just done through a computer! If you’ve ever used Skype on your computer or FaceTime on your phone, you’ve used the same type of technology teletherapy uses. If you don’t have access to the internet at this time, speak with your therapist about other options.
Does my insurance cover Teletherapy?
Teletherapy at this time is covered by most insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company for details, and work with your therapist directly for more details.
How do I arrange Teletherapy?
If you are a new client, you can arrange a teletherapy session via email here.
If you are a current client or have been a client of a therapist at ILC, you can contact them directly via email or phone.
